We just finished a wonderful dinner over at the in-laws for Father's Day. I opted out of the bison burgers, and lamburgers and my mother-in-law was nice enough to cook me a regular hamburger - thanks!
We stopped off at Mcnalley Robinson before heading over to the in-laws to pick up the new book for the book club, Adiamante, and a gift for the dad - The Illustrated Canadian History. Aside from not finding the book club book, I managed to pick up a couple of books I am anxious to start reading: The Pirate Queen and Be Afraid Be Very Afraid THE BOOK OF SCARY URBAN LEGENDS.
My father is not around this weekend, he happens to be doing what he does every year at this time - FISHING. I know that it is exactly what he wants to be doing on Father's Day. So Happy Father's Day Dad! And make sure you catch lots of fish for me.
Aside from finishing the painting in the second bedroom (the green room), I had a fairly lazy weekend. Full of movie watching and friend visiting, and some CoH.
I am a little anxious about doing my final assignment in drama tomorrow night - a lip sync. I will definitely post to let you know how it went.

what's the matter with bison burgers? They're much better for you than beef. Lamb probably wouldn't be (a lot fattier meat), but bison is tasty and has at least half the amount of fat as beef.
