My last official class was last Thursday, however we had one final group case project to work on. The group of 5 girls that I was in was interesting. It was definitely a change for me, as I am use to working with, and spending most of my time with guys. We all got a long fine, however I am sure that it would have turned nasty given an extensive length of time.
Our presentations were today, and they went off without a hitch. Us girls felt pretty confident about how our presentation went, and we seemed to agree that it was probably the best (not meaning to gloat). It was the last time our class was together with the 4 profs we had for the term, and was the last day of free coffee and snacks. Wednesday was cinnamon bun day - yummy - I am gonna miss it. It is probably for the best. I certaintly haven't lost any weight this term. I gotta buckle down next term.
We received our final case study today, and it is due next Tuesday at 10am. 5 days, and I will be free from school. Well, at least for this year. Actually, it looks like I might end up doing some reading over the holidays for the spring Leadership class. I guess when the pressure is off, it doesn't seem like such a big deal to do stuff for school.
I am looking forward to my days off, though they are looking pretty busy. I have to get the Christmas tree up and do some decorating. There is much Christmas baking to be done, including lefse. I am pretty excited to attempt lefse making by myself this year. It is the one Norwegian traditional foods that I want continue making and eating in the years to come, so bought all the necessary cookware last winter. I was looking forward to combining efforts with mom (she has cookware too), but it looks like it might not work out. Ah well, I have already told Jeff that he needs to give me a hand - one to roll, and one to cook.
Finally, Mike & Jill's wedding is highly anticipated. Not only will the wedding be awesome, but I will get to see some very missed friends.
I have noticed this post is a bit of a hodgepodge, but I haven't posted much of anything lately due to school wrapping up.

Lefse is delicious.
It is soo yummy. It is a good thing it only gets made once a year.
