Lefse

So...

The lefse making has been going pretty well this morning. I was up bright and early, as I wanted to make sure that I was done and cleaned up before our guests (Mike, Jill & family) arrive this afternoon. I have been going strong now for about 3 hours by myself, and it is surprising me how fast it is actually going. Jeff is going to be SO disappointed when he comes home from work and it is all done.

I am pretty impressed with my first try on my own. I have made the stuff for years, but it has always been with mom & dad. Of course, it isn't as good as my Gramma makes it....then again I haven't been doing it for over 70 years. It has been a little sticky, but I have managed. And of course, it tastes fantastic!
