I am actually a little worried about filling up each of the rooms as we are getting rid of about half our stuff from Saskatoon. And considering how much money I am already spending on the house, I don't really want to buy too much new furniture. Only thing on the list is a big LCD tv.
The 4th level (basement) is undeveloped. Good thing, as we don't have garage/shed as of yet and we are gonna need somewhere to put our outdoor stuff.
It is a 4-lvl split....main floor has small front living area, kitchen and eating area...2nd floor has main bathroom, master bedroom, second bedroom and loft area...3rd lvl has family room with fireplace, 2nd bathroom, 3rd bedroom and laundry room with door out to the back, and the 4th lvl is the basement...undeveloped with furnance and water heater.
It is actually is a lot big than it looks from the outside. At least I think there is plenty of living space.

Holy crap, that was fast. Tell me you don't get possession for a while so that I don't feel too lonely.
February 15th...but Jeff could still be in S'toon for awhile depending on when a transfer goes through.
Wow, you're gonna fit all your stuff into there? :)

*Fourth* level? How deep does this house go? It doesn't look that big from the outside... are you buying through Tardis Realty or something?
