Unproductive Day

So far the only thing that has been slightly productive about my day has been the trip to the dentist. Only in the sense that I went - as I was reminded with a phone message from the dentist's office yesterday. I can't believe that I forget, considering I was just at the dentist a couple of weeks ago, and that is when we made the appointment for today. I had 2 fillings replaced that I have had since I was a child. There was freezing and drilling - not my favorite things to do on a early Friday morning. I am still frozen on the left side of my mouth - so much for it thawing in 2 hours. At least it is done and over with!!

My productivity at work today is nil. Not because I don't want to work, but because there is no work to do - same problem as usual. And my boss doesn't really care what I do in my office, and doesn't have any work to give me. It frustrates me to no end that I have to sit in this windowless office in a suit for 8 hours with nothing to do - especially on a nice warm Friday. Agghhhh!!!!

It is definitely time for me to move onto something different - whether it is within this organization or somewhere else. And it is not that I am not trying; I guess the right opportunity will come in time. Patience is a virtue. When it comes to me, I don't have a lot of patience - especially when frustrated for such a long period of time.

I find that I get very restless with life every 2-3 years - at least with the jobs that I have had. Every once in awhile I just need a change - even small changes can help alleviate the stress one is facing in life. I look forward to my hair appointment tomorrow - gonna make some interesting changes.

There are lots of jobs in your field at Apple. Check out jobs.apple.com. I can get a $500 bonus if I can get you hired, so I'm certainly interested! ;-)

So Carl would you have a in?? I noticed the Training & Development Co-ordinator which is obviously right up my alley. Job requirements seem to be everything I am currently doing.

Let me know. Never hurts to send in my resume.
