Today is the first Monday in six weeks that I won't be going to my drama class, and therefore missing out on yoga. Our drama professor was very much into yoga, and we usually spent 30-45 minutes at the beginning of each class doing yoga.
I definitely noticed a difference in my flexibility and relaxation. I quite enjoyed the yoga part of the class and am really gonna miss it. So I guess that means I have 2 options:
1. Join a class
2. Buy a tape
I am liking the second choice, mostly because it costs less. But the convenience of being able to do it whenever I want at home is also a motivator to pick number 2. I guess I just have to decide what tape to buy. Considering I know nothing about yoga and which tapes/instructors out there are better than others, it will likely be a 'pick at random' choice. I already have a yoga belt, however I may need to invest in some other props, as I really enjoyed the exercises we did with the blocks.
I think I will head to the mall and lunch time and check it out. Lets hope I am successful.
