Last night, Jeff & I went to see The Chronicles of Narnia. Wonderful! Fantastic! Amazing!
I really enjoyed how they were able to capture the innocence, and naivity of children. The movie was a good view into the mind of a child. Lucy's exploration, complete acceptance of the things around her, truth, honesty, and friendship were all excellent replications of a young child. I was with her all through the movie, wishing for her to suceed. And wishing that everything she believed in would come true. I definitely lost myself in the movie. Imagination is a wonderfull thing.
The beavers....what can I say about the beavers. They were sweet, warm, and cute. (heh) I even got teary when they were being cute, and when they were in danger.
The battle scene near the end - AWESOME! I couldn't help saying to Jeff, "ahh, this is just like Heroes of Might & Magic." There were minotaurs, cyclops, griffins, centaurs, phoenixes....ah it was amazing. It was like live action Heroes. So awesome. (I kinda feel like T-ass, with all the awesomeness that is occuring here)
It was a great movie. I look forward to read the books one day.

I just have to say, this site cocks.
When we first saw it, I was trying not to gush about it too much. Of course, I don't usually succeed at the not-talking things, but I did fairly well. Okay, I still talked a lot, but not to everyone.
I really, really loved it.
