Bread Pudding

My first ever attempt at making bread pudding turned out fairly well.

A few days ago I bought some soft fluffy portageuse buns from the store. They helped make delicious ham sandwiches, but we just weren't eating them fast enough. So, I figured, 'why not make bread pudding- Mr. J loves it.'

So here I am, enjoying the finished product. The pudding turned our wonderful, but I'll have to perfect the carmeal sauce. It didn't carmealize like it was suppose to, so I had to improvise. A little cornstarch, butter and brown sugar smartened it up and it tastes pretty yummy.
