Foggy Day

I am glad to be home safe and sound tonight. Today was our last day in Biggar, and it was foggy all day. When I noticed it in the morning I was hoping that it would lift, as I am not too fond of driving in fog. Alas it didn't.

After supper, and a delayed family gift opening, Jeff, my gramma, and I headed out. I could barely see in front of me....perhaps 50ft. I really shouldn't have been driving. However, the traffic was light, and we ended up following someone for most of the way to Saskatoon. Though he was driving about 85km/hr, I figured that this was better than in the ditch somewhere.

Christmas with my family was good, but short. My parents ended up giving us each a gift and some money. I really wish they hadn't..then again I know the money will come in handy for the remainder of the school year. The kids really like their gifts - a Dora game for Mackenzie, some technic lego (all the way from the lego store in San Francisco) for Kevin, and some winter shirts for Zachary.
